2. What we collect and why
- Name: your ticket is tied to it, and it goes on the door list our host checks at the meeting point.
- Email: to send your confirmation, the meeting point, and reminders about your booking.
- Phone number: to send booking reminders by SMS or WhatsApp.
- Payment details: handled entirely by our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.
- Marketing: we only send marketing emails if you agree to it, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
3. Legal basis
We process booking data to perform our contract with you. We send marketing based on your consent. We keep basic records to meet legal and tax obligations.
4. Who we share it with
- Our payment processor, to handle your payment.
- Our booking and email platform, to store your booking and send your confirmations.
- Our crawl hosts, who see the door list (names only) for the night.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
5. How long we keep it
Booking data is kept as long as needed for the booking and for legal and tax records, then deleted. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and you can object to or restrict processing. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
