1. Who we are

The Athens Barcrawlers bar crawl is operated by the Athens Barcrawlers team in Athens, Greece. When we say "we" or "us" in these terms, we mean the operator of this crawl. You can reach us any time at [email protected].

2. Your ticket

• One ticket admits one person. Tickets cannot be shared or split.
• Your ticket is tied to the name given at checkout. You must show photo ID that matches this name at the meeting point.
• Every participant must be 18 years or older.
• Your ticket is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. You can join on any night we operate within that window.
• We usually run every night except Monday, starting 9:30 PM. The meeting point is sent in your confirmation email.

3. What is included

The Crawler Ticket includes guided entry to 3 bars and 1 club with our host, 1 free shot in each of the 3 bars, and free entry to the club. All other drinks are at your own cost.

4. Changes to the route

Bars, the club, and the exact route can change from night to night depending on capacity and availability. We always deliver the same format: 3 bars, 1 club, 3 free shots, free club entry.

5. If we cancel a night

If we cancel a crawl night (for example due to weather or a venue problem), your 7-day validity is extended so you can join another night. If you cannot join another night, contact us and we will refund your ticket. See our Refund Policy.

6. Behavior and right to refuse

• Our hosts can refuse entry or remove anyone who is heavily intoxicated, aggressive, or putting the group or venue staff at risk. No refund is given in this case.
• Venues have their own door policies and can refuse entry at their discretion.
• You must follow the laws of Greece and the rules of each venue.

7. Alcohol and your responsibility

You take part at your own risk. Drink at your own pace and know your limits. You are responsible for your own safety, belongings, and behavior during and after the crawl. We are not responsible for what happens after you leave the group or after the event ends.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by Greek and EU law, our liability is limited to the price you paid for your ticket. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Photos and videos

We sometimes take photos and short videos during the crawl for our website and social media. If you do not want to appear, tell the host at the start of the night and we will make sure you are not featured.
