You can request a full refund of an unused ticket within 14 days of purchase. This follows your EU right of withdrawal for online purchases. Email or WhatsApp us with the name on your booking and we will process it.
Once you have joined a crawl, your ticket is used and cannot be refunded.
Tickets are valid for 7 days from purchase. If you request a refund on an unused ticket after the 7 days but within the 14-day withdrawal window, we will still refund it. After 14 days, expired unused tickets are not refundable.
If we cancel a crawl night, your validity is extended automatically. If you cannot join another night within your window, contact us and we will refund your ticket in full.
If our host refuses you entry because of heavy intoxication or dangerous behavior (see our Terms), no refund is given.
Refunds go back to the payment method you used at checkout, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
